Rhynchophorus ferrugineus, punteruolo rosso.

   Un punteruolo rosso (Rhynchophorus ferrugineus), famigerato coleottero che si nutre e sopravvive mangiando le foglie delle palme. Questo esemplare era tranquillo a prendere il sole sulla mia terrazza. Quest'insetto, come tutti gli animali, segue la sua natura e non può comprendere il danno che fa e quindi... io lo perdono!

      Rhynchophorus ferrugineus, it's an insect that lives on palm trees and eats their leaves. In the last few years these insects have destroyed a great amount of palm trees in several countries.I found the one in the photos on my terrace. These creatures just follow their nature, they cannot understand the damages that are provoking so... I forgive them!
